DartStreamer provides live darts scoring and YouTube live streaming tools for personal and recreational use. The service allows two players to track match scores, view statistics and history, and broadcast games to YouTube.
You agree to use DartStreamer fairly and honestly. The following are prohibited:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, abusive behaviour, or any activity we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the service. We will endeavour to notify you where possible, but are not obligated to do so.
DartStreamer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, streaming failures, or service downtime.
DartStreamer integrates with Google (for authentication) and YouTube (for streaming). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
